Nercilio joined Santos Dumont in September 2022 as a Technical Consultant.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Cecilia University, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Nercilio has more than thirty-nine years of experience in aviation, and a wealth of Aircraft Engine knowledge having started as an Engine Shop Technician and later Engine Shop Supervisor, Airline Powerplant Engineer and MRO Powerplant Engineer at TransBrasil Airlines.
He also held various Powerplant engineering positions for TAM Airlines and VarigLog Air Cargo, before joining Rolls-Royce as a Field Service Representative.
Prior to joining Santos Dumont, Nercilio was working as a Powerplant Engineer at GE-Celma, Brazil.
He is currently working with the Powerplant team supporting Engine shop visit maintenance events for Airlines and Lessors.
